When turning the our Agro Pontino and passing by to greet the many local producers thanks to which we enrich and make the proposals of our restaurant menu unique every season, the idea of bringing a bit of the Christmas by Casa Yvorio.
Right during the tour, in fact, between a beautiful sunset, which anticipates the evocative effect of turning on the Christmas lights, breathing in the great desire for conviviality, and grasping the widespread desire to make a good impression at the table during the next dinners, with Simona we thought the same thing:
"We offer our guests artisanal panettone and the perfect pairing as we do at Casa. What's more special?" And we got to work.
Just south of Casa Yvorio works from three generations of an oven that rises and produces fantastic panettone every year. It is theAncient Tammetta oven and just think, it was the first steam oven in the Province of Latina. Today it is run by my uncle, who is the third generation of Tammetta bakers!
Tammetta panettone is not just any artisanal panettone. With her natural leavening in a unique place like a ancient oven, the use and meticulous choice of the individual high quality ingredients that compose it, but above all thanks to passion and experience, a soft and elegant panettone is born, made with the help of latest generation professional ovens which guarantee an impeccable result .
Precise leavening and genuine taste have also found authoritative confirmation: the fifth best artisanal panettone in Italy out of around 400 participants in the National Competition held in Milan and subsequently best panettone in Lazio.

Panettone is available in various flavours, we have selected the three flavors that are most successful: classic, pistachio and chocolate chips.
While for fans of the genre, you can choose a delicious and surprising soft one artisanal pandoro, also branded Tammetta.

Just north of Casa Yvorio there is a winery famous for the historic production of Moscato di Terracina. And the Sant'Andrea winery. Here too, avalanches of prizes and recognitions all over the world. I'll just tell you this sweet and fragrant wine, is the perfect match, and theNational Association of Sommeliers!
At Tammetta's house, panettone always accompanies a sweet wine, because, as true sommeliers teach, "only dessert goes with dessert" 😉
